Regarding your stay and safety
Our number 1 priority at Twain Hotel, Sofia is hygiene; before arrival, during your stay and after you have gone. Therefore we apply strict rules for all our staff, regarding the clean and disinfecting of rooms and common areas. These rules include the following measures:
Staff must wash hands after each interaction with a guest. 
All common surfaces and handles are wiped and disinfected every 30 minutes.
In all common areas the wearing of masks is mandatory for both staff and guests. 
Hand disinfectant is available at reception 
Protective barrier in operation when registering guest in reception. 
We adhere to the social distancing measures as applied by the Bulgarian state institutions - up to two people allowed in reception area at any one time.
All rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
